How Smart Space Management affects Starter, Team, or Business plan members In that case, Dashlane adds all data associated with the company's domains to the Business Space. You can choose which data you associate with each Space unless a plan admin has turned on the Smart Space Management feature. Then you can switch between Personal and Business Spaces to show only that information. For example, assign your work logins and notes to your Business Space while pairing your personal phone number, Facebook, or Spotify logins to your Personal Space. You can assign every piece of information in your Dashlane account to a particular Space - from logins to payments, Secure Notes, and IDs.
